The Perch is a three-bedroom home in West Fernie that sleeps up to 8 — big enough for two families or a full crew of friends, laid out so everyone gets their own corner of it.

Gas range and a big island for helpers and hangers-out, with dining that seats eight — the whole house at one table.

Skis, boards, boots and bikes live in the heated garage — dry gear every morning, no wet boot liners by the door.
